Jason McMeniman (Sales Consultant) sold a two bedroom shack “Sunset Villa” situated at 590 Captain Cook Drive, for a record price $ 1.70 million. The property, amongst the 130 properties in the Town of 1770, set in a boutique location is expected maintain interest levels in time to come.(October 2008)
