Michael Della Franca claims to have made his first sale at the tender age of 4 where he jumped the fence of his grandfathers home and cleverly, although dishonestly he appropriated his neighbours pumpkins, chopped them in half , wrapped them in glad wrap and sold them throughout the neighborhood. Making a tidy profit, his grandfather found out and instigated a refund to all of his neighbours. After his troublesome start in sales, he finished school and furthered his education attaining a Hospitality Management diploma. Working part time in his families business Della Cane Furniture was a means to fund his dream of travelling the world; he landed in London where he progressed from pumpkins and moved into fine art sales. Arriving back to Sydney he started his career with Trivett Classic, Australia’s largest retailer of prestige motor vehicles as a trainee. 9 years later and General Manager of Trivett’s O’riorden St Complex he left Sydney to find a better way of life…and landed in Agnes Water.
